Group Warm-up: (10lb Bumper Plate) 2rds
- Overhead Chop 10 reps
- Overhead Rotational Chop 10 reps each side
- Overhead Jumping Jacks 15 reps
- Squat & Push 15 reps
- Glute Bridge 10 reps each side
- Leg Raises 10 reps each side
- Russian Twist 10 reps each side
2 min Jump Rope after the 2nd round

Simply Difficult
21-18-15-12-9-6 reps for time of:
- Heavy Kettlebell Thrusters
- Push-ups
- Sit-ups
