Group Warm-up:  (10lb Bumper Plate) 2rds

  • Overhead Chop 10 reps
  • Overhead Rotational Chop 10 reps each side
  • Overhead Jumping Jacks 15 reps
  • Squat & Push 15 reps
  • Glute Bridge 10 reps each side
  • Leg Raises 10 reps each side
  • Russian Twist 10 reps each side

2 min Jump Rope after the 2nd round

Simply Difficult

21-18-15-12-9-6 reps for time of:

  • Heavy Kettlebell Thrusters
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups

then…. Run The Loop
