  • Band Pull-Aparts – 30 reps (mix variation)
  • Squat to Alt. Rear Lunges -10 reps
  • Up/Down Dog – 10 reps
  • Long Sit-ups – 20 reps

1:30 Jump Rope

 

Strength: 10-12 minutes

  • Deadlifts: 6 sets of 4 reps + Slam Ball: 10 reps

 

Finisher:

3 rounds :40 seconds work / :20 seconds rest

  • Double Kettlebell Cleans
  • KB See Saw Press
  • Double Kettlebell Front Squat
  • Kettlebell SA Arm Row  (every 4 switch)
  • V-situps
