Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • DB Chest Press – 6 sets of 6 reps
  • Pull Ups  – 4 sets x 6 reps after each set max out on TRX Recline Rows
  • Partner Dmax Ab Wheel  – 10 reps / 1 rd each

Finisher:  :25 work/ :15 rest for 16 Cycles

  • KB Snatch (alt sides each rd)
  • KB Swings
  • Chin-up Hold
  • Push-ups with KB Pull Through
