- Group Jog (down and back) x3
- Toe Touches – 10 SLOW Reps
- Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 per side
Strength: 12 Minutes
- Deadlifts – work to a 1 rep Max
Workout: AMRAP 20 Minutes
- 200 Meter Run
- 10 *Weighted Box Step ups
- 5 Deadlifts **(BW)
*Step ups can be done with a KB or DB in suitcase position
** each person should be deadlifting their bodyweight
