Group Warm-up:  10 Minutea

  • Group Jog (down and back) x3
  • Toe Touches – 10 SLOW Reps
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 per side

 

Strength: 12 Minutes

  • Deadlifts – work to a 1 rep Max

 

Workout: AMRAP 20 Minutes

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 *Weighted Box Step ups
  • 5 Deadlifts **(BW)

 *Step ups can be done with a KB or DB in suitcase position

** each person should be deadlifting their bodyweight
