  • Jumping Jacks – 25 Reps
  • KB Goblet Squat & Hold Tabata – :20/:10 for 2 minutes
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 15 Reps
  • Plank Jacks & Hold Tabata – 20/:10 for 2 minutes

* Hold squat & plank during :10 ( active recovery)

 

Partner Pre-game:  8 min UGOIGO EMOM

  • 20 Jump Squats
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Buddy Push-ups

Workout;

:20/:10 seconds for 6 rounds (12 cycles) staying at each couplet!

Rest for one minute between couplets.

  • Dynamax Overhead Wall Toss Sit-up / Knee-Knee-Double Knee
