- Push Through Push-ups – 10
- Lat Pull Downs – 5 Reps per side
- Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 per side
Strength: 12 minutes
- Close Grip Upright Rows + DB Front Raise 5 sets of 5 reps (ascending weight) Front Raise 5 reps each side for a total of 10 reps
Workout:
AMRAP x 20 Minutes
- 5 Hang Clean and Press
- 10 Pull-ups or 15 TRX Recline Rows
- 30 Double Unders or :30 Bike
Core:
AMRAP X 5 Minutes
- 10 Dynamic Hollow Outs
- 20 Russian Twists
