Pre-game:

40 yard sprints – 5x (ascending speeds)

 

Workout:

60 seconds of work to 30 seconds of rest 3 rounds with no rest in between

  • Bike
  • Alt. Atlas Stone Shoulder Toss
  • Push-ups
  • Reclines
  • Russian Twists
  • 200m Run ( get back b4 60 sec’s)
