  •  20 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Mtn Climbers
  • 10 Long Sit-ups
  • 5 Push Through Push-ups
  • 100m Run

 

Workout:

6 rounds of :20/:10 take 1 minute rest after 2rds

  • Jumping pull-ups
  • Slam Ball
  •  TRX Sled Row
  • Figure 8 to Hold w/ Rear Lunge
  • Half Burpees

 

Finisher : 8 Minute AMRAP

  • Bike :20’s
  • 15 Sit ups
  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Burpees
