  • High Knees – x1
  • Butt Kicks – x1
  • Stiff Leg March – x1
  • Samson Stretch – :30 sec’s each side

 

Strength: Back Squats  (12-15 Minutes)

  • 6 sets x 3 Reps (ascending weight)

 

Workout:  AMRAP x 20 Minutes

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 10 Back Rack Lunges (95/65)

*Lunges are 1:1 so 5 each leg (10 Total)
