Group Warm-up:

  • Group Jog –  x3
  • Stiff Leg March – down and back
  • Duck Walks – down only
  • PVC Pass throughs – 15 Reps

 

Pre-game:

  • 12-8-4 DB Hand Snatches  (1:1)
  • 30 Double Unders / 1mimute Jump Rope between rounds

 

Workout: Strength Gainer

This is :40 second work / :20 second rest  for 4 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between.

  • Atlas Stone Dead-lifts
  • Sandbag Rotational Lunges
  • Burpee to Sitout (l+r)
  • Barbell Ground to Overhead
  • Reclines
  • Wall ball

* On the atlas stone deads, chalk hands squat deep and grab a heavier than normal stone and stand.
