  • Tabata Squat Jumps – 2 Minutes
  • :20s of High knees, butt kicks, PVC lateral hops
  • Tempo Push ups – 10 SLOW Reps
  • Pigeon Stretch – :30 each Side

200m Run – x4

 

Workout:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 30 DB ground to overhead snatches (15r/15l)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 30 Sit-ups
