- Dynamic Squats
- Alt Rear Lunges
- Walkout to push-up
- Switches
Partner Pre-game:
9 – 6 – 3 – 6 – 9
- Step Over Box Burpees
- DB Thrusters
Workout:
6 rounds of :20 seconds work/:20 seconds rest non-stop.
Stay on the exercise all 6 rounds then move on to the next…no rest
- Reclines
- Kettlebell Swings
- Alt Single Arm Kettlebell Clean & Press
- Med-ball Russian Twist
- Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Mtn. Climbers
