followed by 30 seconds of….

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Dynamic Squats
  • Alt Rear Lunges
  • Walkout to push-up
  • Switches

 

Partner Pre-game:

9 – 6 – 3 – 6 – 9

  • Step Over Box Burpees
  • DB Thrusters

 

Workout:

6 rounds of :20 seconds work/:20 seconds rest non-stop.

Stay on the exercise all 6 rounds then move on to the next…no rest

  • Reclines
  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Alt Single Arm Kettlebell Clean & Press
  • Med-ball Russian Twist
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • Mtn. Climbers
