  • Group Jog –x3
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 10 Reps
  • Down/Up Dog – 10 Reps
  • Samson Stretch – :30’s per side

 

Endurance: 8-Minute EMOM

Even: 30 Second Squat Hold + 10 Air Squats

Odd: 30 Second Hollow Out + 10 Alt V-ups

 

Workout:

Stay at each station for  6 rounds of :20 seconds work :10 seconds of rest.

  • DB Bent Over Row
  • Air Dyne Bike Sprints
  • BB Shoulder Press
  • Battle Rope
  • BB Forward Lunge
  • Ball Slam

Take 1 minute rest between exercises
