Endurance: 8-Minute EMOM
Even: 30 Second Squat Hold + 10 Air Squats
Odd: 30 Second Hollow Out + 10 Alt V-ups
Workout:
Stay at each station for 6 rounds of :20 seconds work :10 seconds of rest.

- Air Dyne Bike Sprints
- BB Shoulder Press
- Battle Rope
- BB Forward Lunge
- Ball Slam
