TODAY THERE WILL ONLY BE ONE TRAINING AT 8:30am 

 

Group Warm-up:  10 Minute AMRAP

  • Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
  • PVC Pass Throughs – 15 Reps
  • Pigeon Stretch – :30’s each side

 

Pre-game:

*Complete 2rds within 7 minutes

  • 200m Run
  • 5 KB Goblet Squats
  • 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (ascending weights)

 

Workout:

3 rounds of the below movements…

  • 100m Run
  •  5 Pull-ups
  •  10 DB Presses
  •  15 KB Deadlifts
  •  20 Ball Slams
  •  25 Sit-ups
