Group Warm-up: 10 Minute AMRAP
- Jumping Jacks – 30 Reps
- PVC Pass Throughs – 15 Reps
- Pigeon Stretch – :30’s each side
Pre-game:
*Complete 2rds within 7 minutes
- 200m Run
- 5 KB Goblet Squats
- 10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (ascending weights)
Workout:

- 100m Run
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 DB Presses
- 15 KB Deadlifts
- 20 Ball Slams
- 25 Sit-ups
