Warm-up:
2 min Jump Rope, followed by 2rds of the following movements for :30 sec each
- Air Squats
- Forward/Rear Lunge (1rd/r & 1rd/l)
- PVC Pass Throughs
- Up/Down Dog
- Hollow Out
Partner LIFT Workout:
Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times.
- Back Squat – 4 sets x 6reps followed by 2 sets DB Squat Jumps x 12 reps
- 2a) BB Bent Over Rows – 8 sets x 3 reps
- 2b) Single Arm Farmers Carry – :30/:30 4rds
* super-set farmers carries immediately after sets 2,4,6 & 8 of the Bent Over Rows.
Finisher: :25/:10 4 rds (16 cycles)
