Warm-up:

2 min Jump Rope, followed by 2rds of the following movements for :30 sec each

  • Air Squats
  • Forward/Rear Lunge (1rd/r & 1rd/l)
  • PVC Pass Throughs
  • Up/Down Dog
  • Hollow Out

 

Partner LIFT Workout:

Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times.

  • Back Squat – 4 sets x 6reps followed by 2 sets DB Squat Jumps x 12 reps
  • 2a) BB Bent Over Rows – 8 sets x 3 reps
  • 2b) Single Arm Farmers Carry – :30/:30 4rds

* super-set farmers carries immediately after sets 2,4,6 & 8 of the Bent Over Rows.

 

Finisher: :25/:10 4 rds (16 cycles)
