Group Warm-up:

  • Jumping Jacks – 25 Reps
  • Floor Touches – 10 SLOW reps
  • Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 each side

 

Pre-game: 3rds

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 10 Push Press

 

Workout:

Finish 3 rounds of each circuit

Do 30 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.

Circuit 1

  • KB Swing
  • Burpees
  • Bike
  • Mountain climbers

Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…

Circuit 2

  • KB High-Pulls
  • Slamball
  • Skaters
  • V-ups
