- Jumping Jacks – 25 Reps
- Floor Touches – 10 SLOW reps
- Banded Hamstring Stretch – :30 each side
Pre-game: 3rds
- 200 Meter Run
- 20 Wall Balls
- 10 Push Press
Workout:
Finish 3 rounds of each circuit
Do 30 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.
Circuit 1
- KB Swing
- Burpees
- Bike
- Mountain climbers
Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…
Circuit 2
- KB High-Pulls
- Slamball
- Skaters
- V-ups
