Partner Workout:

Dead in the Water

Deadlift 1-10-1-20-1-30 reps

* adjust your load as needed  to match the reps. 5 over the Bar Burpees every break in reps


Finisher: 4rds

  • 10 Pushups with KB pull throughs
  • 10 KB Swings
  • 10 KB Shoulder passes
  • 10 KB Cleans (5r/l)
  • 10 Tactical Lunges

* Challenge yourself by using one bell that makes each movement challenging.
