Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times
- Shoulder Press – 3 sets of 8,6,4 reps then max out on singles. ( increase weight each time)
- BB Snatch Grip High Pulls – 6 reps /DB Lateral Raises – 8 reps – 4rds
- Core: 5rds
- 10 Knee Raises
- :20s Knee Raise Hold
Finisher: 12 Minute AMRAP
- 5 KB Goblets Squats
- 10 KB Snatch Pulls
- 15 KB Swings
- 20 Mtn. Climbers (r+l=1)
