  • 50 Air Squats
  • 50 Push-ups
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 50 MB Side to Side Twists (r+l=2)
  • 75 Air Squats
  • 75 Push-ups
  • 75 Kettlebell Swings
  • 75 MB Side to Side Twists (r+l=2)
