Workout:  The 100 Rep Challenge

3rds – Make sure to time your circuit. Your goal should be to beat your time each attempt.

Note- use one Kettlebell

  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Kettlebell High Pull
  • 10 Kettlebell Goblet Squat
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Kettlebell Rows (5r/5l)
  • 25/50 Pushups
