  • Jog (down & back x3)
  • Jumping Jacks -20
  • PVC Pass Through – 10
  • Thoratic Rotation- 10 per side
  • Up/Down Dog – 10
  • S2S Twists :20’s + 15 Dbl Crunch

 

Workout:

Every 2 Mins for 20 Minutes

  • 20 Split Squats (10 each side)
  • 10 Box Jumps (let’s jump tall)
  •   3 DB/BB Hang Squat Clean Thruster

 

Finisher: 15/5 12 cycles

  • Slamball
  • Push-ups
