  • Piegon Stretch  – :30 each side
  • Kneeling Altnerating T-stab – :30’s

 

Pre-game: 4rds

  • :20 Bike or 20 Double Unders
  • 12 Split Jumps
  • 3 KB Romainian Deadlifts

 

Workout:

How many rounds can you do in 10 mins of:

  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Alternating DB Snatches

Rest 3 minutes, then…

How many rounds can you do in 10 mins of:

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Swings
  • 20 Sit-ups
