  • 30 seconds Star jumps

 

Workout:

15 seconds of work/15  seconds of rest for 12 minutes at each triplet

  • DB Hang Squat Clean
  • Half Burpees
  • Figure 8 to a Hold

Rest 2 minutes

  • KB Swings
  • KB Strict Presses (Alt sides each rd)
  • Recline Row
