Group Warm-up: 2rds

1:30 Jump Rope

  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 *Banded Pull-a parts
  • 15 *Air Squats
  • 10 *Supermans

* Perform these movements SLOW with CONTROL

 

Pre-Game: 3 Rounds (Circuit style)

  • 4 Wallballs
  • 6 Box Jumps
  • 8 Kettlebell High Pulls
  • 10 Push-ups

 

Partner Workout:

Full-body Lifting Challenge

  • KB Swing
  • Bench Press
  • Bentover Row
  • Push Press

Do 12 reps of each exercise in circuit fashion resting only when needed within sets or between sets: push until you can’t

With 20 minutes on the clock, generate as much volume as possible within your fitness level and physical abilities. Use moderately heavy weight for each exercise, a 15-20 rep max.
