  • Arm Circles – 10 Forward/ 10 Backward
  • Pigeon Stretch –  :30 per side

 

Pre-game: AMRAP 7 MInutes

  • 1 Minute Jump Rope
  • 20 Long Sit-ups
  • 10 BP Snatches
