followed by 30 seconds of….
- Jumping Jacks
- Dynamic Squats
- Alt Rear Lunges
- Hand Release Push-up to Down Dog
- Switches
Pre-game:
-30 seconds at each movement, rest 1 minute
-20 seconds at each movement, rest 45 seconds
-10 seconds at each movement
- Sit-outs
- Star Jumps
- High Knees
Workout:
3 Rounds
- Minute 1: 21 Push-ups
- Minute 2: 18 Wallball
- Minute 3: 21 Kettlebell Swings
- Minute 4: 18 Mtn Climbers (r+l=1)
- Minute 5: 21 Air Squats
- Minute 6: 18 Push Press
Rest 2 minutes
