1:30 Jump Rope

followed by 30 seconds of….

  • Jumping Jacks
  • Dynamic Squats
  • Alt Rear Lunges
  • Hand Release Push-up to Down Dog
  • Switches

 

Pre-game:

-30 seconds at each movement, rest 1 minute

-20 seconds at each movement, rest 45 seconds

-10 seconds at each movement

  • Sit-outs
  • Star Jumps
  • High Knees

 

Workout:

3 Rounds

  • Minute 1: 21 Push-ups
  • Minute 2: 18 Wallball
  • Minute 3: 21 Kettlebell Swings
  • Minute 4: 18 Mtn Climbers (r+l=1)
  • Minute 5: 21 Air Squats
  • Minute 6: 18 Push Press

Rest 2 minutes

* the clock doesn’t reset or stop between exercises…
