  • Burpees – 6 reps

 

Workout:

  • Chest Bench/Floor Press 5 sets x 6-8 reps
  • Band Flyes + Kneeling Landmine Press 5 sets 6-8 reps each exercise
  •  :20 Battle Rope + :20 Mtn Climbers + Plyo Push-ups Variation
