  • DB Push Press – 10
  • DB Goblet Rear Lunge – 10 per side

B- 3 sets

  • DB Single Arm Row – 8 per side
  • Incline Push-ups – Max reps
  • Kettlebell Swing – 15 reps
  • Plank – 45 sec
