- 20 Jumping Jacks
- 15 Dynamic Squats
- 10 Groiners w/ T-stab
- 5 Superman’s (:05 hold between each rep)
Workout:
Friday Stacker
Pyramid Reps: 6-12-18-12-6 or 20 minutes which ever comes first.
- KB Swings
- 1/2 Burpees
- DB Hang Squat Cleans
- DB Push Press
Make sure that you choose your loads wisely. A good choice would be a heavy load that makes you work hard through the workout.
