Group Warm-up: 10 minutes

  • 300m Run (orange post)
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Dynamic Squats
  • 10 Groiners w/ T-stab
  • 5 Superman’s (:05 hold between each rep)

 

 

Workout:

Friday Stacker

Pyramid Reps: 6-12-18-12-6 or 20 minutes which ever comes first.

  • KB Swings
  • 1/2 Burpees
  • DB Hang Squat Cleans
  • DB Push Press

Make sure that you choose your loads wisely. A good choice would be a heavy load that makes you work hard through the workout.
