Pre-game:  Metabolic Conditioning:

20/ 10 for 8 rounds (16 cycles), alternating between the following 2 movements.

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Sit-ups

 

Workout: AMRAP 15 minutes

  • 5 Side to Side KB Deadlifts
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Wallball
