AMRAP 15 mins: Heavy on the weight…

  • 20 Ball Slams
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Snatch (left hand)
  •   5 Dumbbell Presses (left hand)
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Snatch (right hand)
  •   5 Dumbbell Presses (right hand)

The dumbbell presses are just that, presses not push presses.
