  • Arm circles (:30 secs FWD/:30 secs reverse)
  • PVC pass thru (1 minute)
  • Band pull apart (1 minute)
  • Push thru push up (:30 seconds)
  • Jumping Jacks (:30 seconds)
  • Air Squats :(30 seconds)
  • Groiners with T Stab (:30 seconds)

Endurance (10 minute EMOM)

  • 5 BB clean and press (Add 1 rep each minute)

Workout (20 minute AMRAP)

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Push press
  • 15 Slamball
  • 20 KB snatch (10R/10L)
  • 15 Slamball
  • 10 Push ups (weighted optional)
  • 5 Burpees
