Strength

10 minute 100 rep bench press challenge
– Using moderate to heavy weight try to complete 100 reps in 10 minutes using whatever rep range you like.

 

Workout (20 minute AMRAP)

  • 15 Dips (Weighted optional)
  • 15 Flys (DB or Banded)
  • Single arm floor press (15R/15L)
  • 15 Decline push ups
  • 15 Banded tricep push down
