Group Warm-up: 12 minutes

  • Skips – Dynamic Squats- Butt Kickers (:20 each for 3 minutes)
  • Bike Sprints (:20/:10 for 3 minutes)
  • Band Work (3 minutes)
  • Stretching (3 minutes)

 

Team Workout:

– 3-4 athletes per team

– Complete as many rounds as possible

– Rest one minute between each triplet

– Space yourselves by allowing your teammate(s) to get to the third exerise before strating the band sprints.

Triplet #1  (10 minutes)

  • :20 Band Sprint
  • Chin-ups 6-8 reps
  • BB deadlifts – 6-8 reps

Triplet #2 (10 minutes)

  • :20 Band Sprint
  • BB OH Press – 6-8 reps (strict)
  • DB Bent Over Lateral Raises – 6-8 reps

Triplet #3 (10 minutes)

  • :20 Band Sprint
  • Narrow Push-ups – 6-8 reps (weighted)
  • Tricep Band Push-Downs – :30’s
