Group Warm- up (12 minutes)

Run the loop and with remaining time warm up for dead lift and back workout.
Related exercises….Banded hamstring stretch, dynamic squats, groiners with T Stab, band pull apart, etc.

Strength: Deadlift/Pull up ladder superset

Deadlift 10 —> 1
Pullup 1 —> 10

Workout: (4 Rounds 40/20 circuit)

-T bar row
-KB strict high pull
-KB single arm row
-TRX face pulls
-Single arm banded lat pull down
