Group Warm-up: (1 round)
2 minute jump rope then 30 seconds of each:
- Push thru push ups
- Mountain Climbers
- Band pull apart
- OH band pull apart
- Jumping jacks
- Seal jacks
- Upward/Downward dog
- Groiners with T Stab
Strength:
Bench Press (5 Sets of 10 Reps)
DB Flys in between sets (15 to 20 Reps)
Workout: 5 Rounds
- 20 DB Floor Press
- 20 Slamball
- 20 Push ups (Weighted optional)
- 20 DB or KB Snatch (10R/10L)
- 20 Push Press
