Group Warm-up: (10 minutes)

2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:

  • KB halos
  • Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
  • Jumping jacks
  • Shoulder taps
  • Downward/Upward dog
  • Mountain Climbers

 

Strength Superset: (15 minute cap)

  • Bench Press 5×5 (Heavy or the movement is pointless)
  • 10 Dumbbell Pullovers after each set of bench press

 

Workout: 5 Rounds AFAP

  • 20 Pushups (Any Variation)
  • 15 Wall ball
  • 10 Dips (Weighted if possible)
  • 15 Push Press
  • 20 DB snatch (10R/10L)
