Group Warm up: (10 minutes)
Run the loop and with remaining time
prepare for the workout.
- Air Squats
- Groiners
- Hamstring Stretch
- Butt kickers
- High knees
- Light BB Back Squats
5 Round Superset: (10 minutes)
- 5 BB Box Squats (Back Squat onto medium size box… Sit on box for a second before standing up with weight)
- 20 Split Jumps (10R/10L)
Workout : 4 Rounds (40/20 with 1 minute rest after each round)
- Deadlift (Heavy – Aim for 5 to 8 reps)
- Goblet Squats
- KB single leg stiff legged deadlift
- Box Jumps
- DB Lateral Lunge
