Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Heat wave broke.. let’s back to running the Loop.

Run one lap or two… with remaining time keep moving and get ready for workout.

 

Workout:

15 seconds work/15 seconds rest for 8 rounds at each couplet. Alternate between each exercise of each couplet. 1 minute rest after each round.

Kettlebell Work (Alt sides each Rd)

  • KB Bent Over Row
  • KB Swings

Body-weight Work

  • Mtn Climbers
  • V-ups (Alt sides each rd)

Dumbbell Work (Alt sides each Rd)

  • DB Front Squat
  • DB Push Press
