Group Warm-up: (10 minutes)
2 min jump rope then 30 sec of the following:
- KB halos
- Band pull apart (OH and across chest)
- Jumping jacks
- Shoulder taps
- Downward/Upward dog
- Mountain Climbers
Strength Superset : Perform push ups prior to performing bench press for each round.
5 Rounds
- 10 Push ups
- 10 Bench press (Light to moderate weight)
Workout : 5 Rounds of 15 Reps for each exercise.
- DB Tricep kickbacks (15L/15R)
- DB Floor Press
- Banded OH tricep extension (Attach band to bottom of rig and extend band OH)
- TRX Atomic Push ups
