Run the loop and with remaining time
prepare for the workout.
– Air Squats
– Groiners
– Hamstring Stretch
– Butt kickers
– High knees
– Lightweight BB squats.

5 round pregame

-10 Back squats (Moderate to heavy)

-Run up the hill to Sharrotts and back

4 round circuit (45/15 with 1 minute rest after each round so go heavy)

-DB Romanian deadlift
-Double KB Hang Squat Clean
-Box Jumps
-Bulgarian split squat
-Split jumps with plate OH
