Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Run the Loop then stretch for the remaining time

 

Workout:

Complete 6 rounds at one station before moving to the next.

Work/rest intervals are :20/:10  take a one minute rest after two rds

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Push-ups
  • Dumbell push press
  • Mountain climbers
  • Air Squats
