Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

Run the Loop…. then Max box step-ups for the remaining time with a set of Dumbbells.

 

Workout:

Complete ten rounds consisting of the following movements:

  • 6 Burpees
  • 12 Pushups
  • 24 Bodyweight Squats
  • 100 Meter Run (Sharrots)
