Run the Loop…. then Max box step-ups for the remaining time with a set of Dumbbells.
Workout:
Complete ten rounds consisting of the following movements:
- 6 Burpees
- 12 Pushups
- 24 Bodyweight Squats
- 100 Meter Run (Sharrots)
