Group Warm-up:
It’s still warm out therefore warming up should be too long. Run the Loop, jump Rope, ride the bikes…. then stretch and get ready for the workout.
Workout:
This is a timed effort of 45 work / 15 rest with 1 min. rest in between 4 rounds
- Reclines
- DB highpulls
- Sit-outs
- KB cleans
- Wall Ball shots
- Dbl KB Deadlifts
