Group Warm-up: 15 minutes
- Run the Loop … then do this EMOM with the remaining time
3 Pull-ups / 6 Push-ups / 9 Squat Jumps
Workout:
Complete three rounds of each circuit
Do :40 seconds of work/:20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.
Circuit 1
- Kettlebell Sings
- Burpees
- Mountain Climbers
- Slamball
Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…
Circuit 2
- Kettlebell High-pulls
- Band Pull-downs
- Reclines
- Bike
