Group Warm-up: 15 minutes

  • Run the Loop … then do this EMOM with the remaining time

3 Pull-ups / 6 Push-ups / 9 Squat Jumps

 

Workout:

Complete three rounds of each circuit

Do :40 seconds of work/:20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop.

Circuit 1

  • Kettlebell Sings
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Slamball

Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…

Circuit 2

  • Kettlebell High-pulls
  • Band Pull-downs
  • Reclines
  • Bike
