Warm up : 15 Minutes

  • Run the loop and with remaining time prep for workout. Air Squats, Jumping jacks, hamstring stretch and light deadlifts while working up to workout weight.

Workout : Pyramid (No pregame just choose a challenging weight to struggle through the workout)
