  • Group Warm up (12 minutes)

Run the loop and with remaining time
prepare for the workout. Jumping jacks, arm circles, doorway stretch, band pull apart and OH pull apart, pushups then grab a bar and begin working up to your bench press weight.

 

Strength Superset (Perform exercises in order.) 5rds

  •  5 Bench Press (Heavy)
  • 10 DB Floor Press (Light to Moderate)
  • 15 Pushups

 

Workout :

40/20 with 1 minute rest in between rounds

  • Dips (Weighted Optional)
  • TRX Chest Press
  • Band Fly From Rig
  • DB Skull Crusher
