- 10 TRX Recline Row
- 15 DB/KB Row (Light to Moderate Weight)
Workout : 4 Rounds 40/20 with 1 minute rest in between rounds.
- DB Hammer Curl
- Pull-ups
- BB Curl
- Double KB Clean
- Alternating DB Curl
