Group Warm-up : 12 Minutes

– Run the loop and with remaining time prepare for workout.

 

Strength Superset : 5 Rounds (Perform the exercises in order simulating a drop set.)

  • 5 T Bar Row (Heavy)
  • 10 TRX Recline Row
  • 15 DB/KB Row (Light to Moderate Weight)

 

Workout : 4 Rounds 40/20 with 1 minute rest in between rounds.

  • DB Hammer Curl
  • Pull-ups
  • BB Curl
  • Double KB Clean
  • Alternating DB Curl
