– Run the loop and with the remaining time begin prepping for workout. Stretch, foam roll and gather equipment for workout.

 

Workout : 1 Round AFAP with challenging weight.

– Run Storer from Carlin to Arthur Kill and back.
– 50 Wallball
– 50 Deadlifts (Light to Moderate Weight)
– 40 KB Swings
– 40 OH Plate Lunges (20R/20L)
– 30 Pushups (Weighted Optional)
– 30 Double KB Front Squat
– 20 Burpees
– 20 Box Jumps
– 10 Thrusters (BB/KB/DB)
– 10 Pullup (Weighted Optional)
– Run Storer from Carlin to Arthur Kill and back.
